Admin->Notification
Select "Update & Send Test Email to Administrators"
5 seconds later screen goes to white, and indicates "done".
No email is generated.
Attempted same operation again, happens consistently.
Notes:
"Administrator's" field set to: "eda".
User Email Map:
userid: eda email address: jmklinke@rockwellcollins.com, ldarnold@rockwellcollins.com, rkgreine@rockwellcollins.com

Klink, as we discussed via phone, you cannot put multiple e-mail addresses in the map field. By switching it to a single e-mail address, the test mail worked as expected.
