LicenseNearSaturation

For the LicenseNearSaturation notification test, I would like to have LicenseMonitor report on feature saturation across all tags instead of per tag per feature. Is there a switch to enable this universally? If not, do I have use the ConfigureFeature option in the config.tcl file and use the -spanalltags switch for each feature? Or is there another way to accomplish this?
