After listening to your feedback and requests, we are proud to go live with a new website and vehicle for your support needs. The new website now contains forum functionality as well as a new customer account management system that allows you to have full control over your password. Our intent is for the forums to become a knowledge-base for our products, which will allow you to get answers quickly. We encourage you to post questions and share your knowledge in our forums.
Because the customer management system is new, every user of the old website will need to register for a new account on the new one. You will be able to choose your own user ID and password. Note that if your company requires anonymity for forum posts, you will want to make sure not to include any company information in your user ID or your posts.
