Slave Exit Information (Enhancement Idea)

Just an idea...

When I do a Graceful exit on a slave, there is a box that pops up to confirm the exit.

What if that box had a text field to state additional information for the exit (which would help immensely for administrative operations)?

For example:

I just did a graceful exit on our slave "crcf062", because it is throwing console errors because of a bad DIMM. What if I could input: "Bringing down to replace bad DIMM"  at confirmation time?

Then when you list the slaves in the web page, in addition to "Finishing job & Exiting", you could have a little "i" icon you could click on for more info, and access the reason that was inputted.

One more thing, additionally, it would be cool to either have a checkbox to be sent an email, or have a place to input an email addr. to inform someone when the box is out of the farm.

(My thought here, is that we could have the farm send an email to our hardware support team when the slave exits the farm).
